This website is operated by Effective Product Management (EPM). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to EPM. EPM offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Definitions:

– Buyer: The person who purchases a course from EPM.

– Live Course: A cohort-based course conducted online in real-time, with a schedule announced in advance.

– Offline Course: A course consisting of pre-recorded lessons accessible on the EPM site upon purchase.

– Participant: A Buyer who actively participates in a live course session.

Terms:

1. Refund Policy:
   1. Live Courses: A full refund is available if cancellation occurs up to 5 calendar days before the first scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 5 days before, but prior to the first session, are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided once the first session commences.
   2. Offline Courses and paid webinars: Sales are final; no refunds will be provided.
   3. In case a purchased course/webinar cannot be accessed for any reason which resides on EPM side and the problem is not fixed within 30 days – the Buyer will be entitled for a full refund.

2. Course Participation: It is the Participant’s responsibility to attend sessions, complete homework, and undertake quizzes/exams, none of which are mandatory. For non-live courses, submitted work will not be reviewed.

3. Access to Course Materials: Course recordings will be available for viewing on the site for at least 12 months from the time of purchase. Other materials, such as downloadable files or shared documents, will also be accessible for a minimum of 12 months. Downloading recordings is not permitted.

4. Additional Terms for Live Courses:
   • Efforts will be made to review and provide feedback on homework, but it is not guaranteed all submissions will be reviewed.
   • Live sessions are recorded for potential future use, including sharing clips, based on these recordings, on the social platforms. Such usage will exclude participant footage without explicit consent.
   • Participants will be muted during live sessions but can indicate a desire to speak. Chat usage must be respectful and relevant to the course content.
   • Misuse of chat or speech rights may result in course access termination without a refund.

5. Legal Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution:

Disputes should initially be addressed directly to EPM via the contact form on our website. If unresolved, arbitration will be sought. As a last resort, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Tel Aviv courthouse, under Israeli law.

6. Disclaimer: Course content and the posts on this site are intended as a guideline for best practices in business management. EPM is not liable for any damages resulting from the application of these guidelines.

9. Technology Requirements: A reliable internet connection is required to access course materials and participate in live sessions.

10. Amendments to Terms: EPM reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users should review the terms periodically for changes.

11. Privacy Policy: For information on how personal data is collected, used, and protected, please refer to our Privacy Policy (here). Aside from the use cases mentioned in this policy we will not transfer or sell your details to any third party.

12. Termination of Use: EPM may terminate a user’s access for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of these terms, misuse of the course content, fraudulent activity, or sharing account access with others.

13. Modifications To The Service And Prices:

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify, offer a discount or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

By purchasing a course from EPM, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
